Instructional Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and work on a variety of Technical and Non-Technical courses in the financial industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging course materials including PPTs, Assignments, Assessments, Labs, Presentation decks, and Brochures. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand the application and content matter and ensure that the course materials align with the actual application. Additionally, you will define learning goals, develop assessments, visualize content presentations, and perform quality checks based on provided guidelines.
